Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of purchase. Packs with less than half their credits used are refunded in full. Details in the Refund Policy.
Where is my receipt or invoice?
Polar, our Merchant of Record, emails a receipt for every purchase. Your purchase history is also in Credits & billing in your dashboard.
How do I delete my account or data?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and choose Delete account, or email us. Deletion is immediate. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer custom plans or invoicing?
For larger volumes, write to us with your expected number of prompts and brands. Most teams are well served by the standard credit packs.
I found a security issue. Who do I tell?
Please email us with the subject "Security". See our Security page for our disclosure guidelines.
When is support available?
Monday to Friday, US Central time. We answer every message within one business day, usually much sooner. Weekend messages are answered on Monday.
